Baked cabbage with bacon
You have probably rarely tried simply baking cabbage in the oven. And that's a pity: because it turns out exceptionally soft and juicy (and various spices and bacon give it a special aroma...)

Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cabbage;
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- salt — to taste;
- ground black pepper — to taste;
- 8 slices of bacon.
Preparation: remove the top leaves from the cabbage and wash it, cut it into quarters, remove the core, and then cut each part in half. Place the cabbage on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and generously sprinkle with spices.
Cut the bacon slices in half and place them on the cabbage. Put it in an oven preheated to +230°C for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes of baking, turn the cabbage pieces over.
Serve the dish hot.
